Ready for the best café crème in Paris? Head to design-savvy Right Bank hotspot Café Loustic and taste it for yourself! I’m sure you’ll agree!
Opened six years ago by Channa Galhenage, a man passionate about his coffee, this Paris coffee shop takes its coffee beans and blends very seriously. Collaborating with one of Europe’s best independent specialty roasters Caffènation from Antwerp, Belgium, Loustic strives to be one of the top espresso bars in the world. I have complete faith that it is!
A favorite neighborhood lunch haunt, Loustic also serves stellar soups, sandwiches, and sweets, the latter freshly baked by American pastry chef Jennifer Lepoutre. It’s also here where you’ll find Oat-ly, the latest in oat milk, a perfect addition to your iced coffee or chai latte.
Make yourself at home in this cozily chic interior designed by Dorothée Meilichzon, while an eclectic playlist provides the perfect soundtrack. You’ll meet the locals of the Haut Marais and soon will even feel like one yourself. If you’re heading to the South of France after your stay in Paris, look for their second outpost in Marseille.
