Tickets are refundable only if the event is canceled by TheWaysBeyond. Still, if you realize you made a mistake in your booking, please email us at email@example.com so we can try to find a solution!
What happens if your experience is cancelled?
You’ll receive an email or text message from TheWaysBeyond to let you know of any changes (time, place…), postponement, or cancellation. In case of cancelation, you will be allowed to either:
- Replace the canceled experience with a similar activity at the same date and time;
- Or be fully refunded for the price of the ticket.
If you’re running late for your experience, please let your tour guides know of your delay beforehand by calling or texting the phone number you receive in the booking reminder email. TheWaysBeyond will call you back to try organize your arrival.
What if it rains?
Outdoor guided tours take place no matter the weather. No refunds will be given for bad weather.
