Small but mighty, Dose does it all. Here they roast their own coffee, sell their own line of tea, squeeze organic juices in-house, and serve fresh, often homemade, pastries and brunch.
And the baristas (aka Dose’s “dealers”) are, without fail, incredibly cool, kind, and well-dressed — and they also take coffee seriously.
Dose’s Rue Mouffetard location boasts a cozy interior with chic wood accents, plenty of pillows, and a wall of multi-lingual books and magazines. There’s also free Wi-Fi — a plus for students, freelancers, and tourists alike — as well as a comfortable patio that overlooks the cobblestone streets of Rue Mouffetard.
Sit inside for a few hours, and you’ll see a range of visitors, from teenagers Instagramming their lattes, to parents taking their children to Sunday brunch, to septuagenarians who just want a decent espresso. The one thing they all have in common? They leave this chill Paris coffee shop happy.
