Update: Unfortunately, Neighbours is permanently closed.
They may not have Wi-Fi, but isn’t it about time you put your phone away and enjoyed a real conversation over specialty coffee?
Neighbours is a sibling of Honor Café (located on Rue St. Honoré) with the same flawless latte art served in bright blue cups that speaks both to your taste buds and aesthetic.
A small hole-in-the-wall right on the Boulevard Beaumarchais, you can sit in the warm, comfy interior, or enjoy some fresh air on the terrace.
Unlike its little sister Honor, Neighbours has plenty of seating, so you can take your time sipping your espresso and soaking up your surroundings. There’s also a restroom for clients, something that’s not always easy to find in Paris coffee shops, so even if you want your coffee to-go, this can be a great place to pop in before heading back out to explore more of the city.
A true coffee specialist, expect to spend a while pursuing their expansive menu options. Their food menu offers breakfast and snack options like granola bowls, avocado toast, and toasted sourdough crumpets with jam while their lunchtime menu ranges from smoked salmon to vegetarian quiches.
If you’re in a day drinking kind of mood (you’re on vacation, go for it!), they even offer have all day brunch cocktails! My tip: order the Moscow Mule or a Bloody Mary.
