Eggs&Co. looks as if it were plucked from the streets of New York City – perhaps Soho or Chelsea – and dropped in the middle of Saint-Germain-des-Prés. Which maybe explains why it’s fantastically busy on the weekends, as tourists and locals alike line up outside this Right Bank restaurant for a bite of brunch.
As you might guess, eggs are served in every way imaginable, from omelets to frittatas to eggs benedict. Elegant and simple, but most importantly, delicious, these dishes are crowd pleasers, as is the restaurant’s chic interior (think wood beams and a cheery two-story setup). Both make for excellent Instagram photos.
