Tucked in behind the famous Basilica of Sacré Coeur, this cute little square is the perfect place for a picnic. You’ll enjoy excellent views of the churches white domes as well as those typical zinc Paris rooftops.
Although Montmartre is a busy and touristy neighborhood, this park is quiet, leafy, and relatively off-the-radar. You’ll mostly see locals here celebrating children’s birthdays on a Sunday afternoon or simply sitting on a bench and chatting away for hours.
If you ask us, it’s a highly underrated place in Paris to sit and eat a packed (or takeout) lunch or enjoy an early evening apéro on the cheap.
