Once you enter this design haven in Paris’s Haut Marais, you might never want to leave, whether for its interior design or for the food and drink options. This uber chic hotel houses two restaurants, including the Ristorante National which offers an authentic Italian menu featuring dishes your “nonna” would have cooked.
I recommend starting with one of their many pasta specialties and then following it with the calamari alla plancha, or maybe the tagliata Toscana. Then again, the tonno is always a winner… you really can’t go wrong here. Whatever you choose, save room for their classic and heavenly tiramisu as dessert.
To end your night, settle in at the hotel’s Herbarium cocktail bar where each drink is a sensory experience. On a mild evening, take the elevator up to the rooftop where you can catch a glimpse of two of Paris’s icons, Sacré Cœur and the Eiffel Tower, all while sipping on a glass of rosé in a luxurious setting. How’s that for la vie Parisienne?
