The trendy lobby buzzes with activity, featuring a stylish café serving up delicious coffee and pastries, as well as daily breakfast between 6am and 11am (the cost at the time of writing was 19€ per person).

CanteenM offers a hot menu at lunch and dinner, and a variety of snacks in between. You’ll never go hungry, no matter the time, as CanteenM is open 24/7. 

For those of you seeking sweeping views with a side of Aperol Spritz, try CloudM, the hotel’s rooftop bar which offers stunning views of the Eiffel Tower alongside an impressive cocktail menu.

Make a point of visiting in the evening, when the twinkling lights of the Eiffel Tower ignite the Parisian sky with magic and romance.

Calling all digital nomads: if you need to do some work before you head out to explore the city, a large area adjacent to the lobby provides the perfect environment, with its stylish and comfortable furniture and iMacs available for guest use.

The outdoor patio is another option, offering a breath of fresh air alongside a vibrant and trendsetting decor.

While the rooms themselves are on the smaller side, CitizenM maximizes space with thoughtful design. Think intimate yet comfortable accommodations with a decidedly modern aesthetic. 

Plush extra-large king-size beds and quality linens ensure a restful night’s sleep, while mood lighting allows you to personalize the ambiance to your liking. Every room is appointed with a tablet that offers complete control over the room’s environment, from temperature adjustments to closing the curtains and turning the lights on or off.

The tablet also acts as your in-room butler, facilitating everything from room service requests to itinerary planning. High-speed, free Wi-Fi ensures you can stay connected and share your Parisian adventures with loved ones back home.

But it’s worth saying that this particular Champs-Elysées hotel might not be for everyone. If you’re seeking expansive quarters and traditional hotel formalities, you may find its contemporary approach less appealing.

The absence of in-room coffee and tea-making facilities is a drawback for people like me who rely on a hot cuppa to properly start their day. However, for the modern traveler who prioritizes style, functionality, and a prime location, this budget-friendly Paris hotel offers an enticing value proposition. 

With its attractive interior design, inviting social spaces, and unbeatable address, CitizenM Paris Champs-Elysées provides the perfect Parisian pied-à-terre for a comfortable stay.
