Café de Flore is one of two legendary Parisian cafés in Saint-Germain (the other being its rival, Les Deux Magots, just across the street). As one of the oldest cafés in Paris, it was a favorite haunt of writers, philosophers, and artists like Georges Bataille and Pablo Picasso.

The interior of this eternally elegant café has changed very little since World War II, and sitting down for a bite can feel like stepping back in time. While the spot threatens to be overrun by tourists eager to capture the Paris of yore, the authenticity of the institution still shines through.

Be sure to order the hot chocolate, which is incredibly rich and sumptuous, and is, of course, served on Café de Flore’s signature green and white china.

Looking for a unique way to remember your time en terrasse at this classic Parisian café? This Café de Flore print is the perfect way to bring a bit of café culture back home with you.
